GDPR Compliance

TempMail is designed with privacy by default. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data from our users.

Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, delete, or port under GDPR Article 15-22.

What Data We Don't Collect

TempMail does not collect:

  • Names or email addresses (yours)
  • IP addresses or location data
  • Browser information or device fingerprints
  • Usage patterns or behavioral data
  • Cookies (except for essential service functionality)

Legal Basis

Since we do not process personal data, we do not require consent or a legal basis for processing. The service operates entirely without collecting your personal information.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, and portability. Since no personal data is collected, there is no data to exercise these rights upon. However, you can delete your browser's localStorage at any time to remove any stored session data.
